BONES


Our body is made up of bones and muscles.

They work together, helps the body to move, work and play.

Bones:-

  • Hard & tough.
  • Big and Small.
  • 206 bones.
  • All bones together form skeleton.

JOINTS

  • Bones are joined together at many places. These places are called joints.
    Eg:- Neck joint, Elbow joint, wrist joint, hip joint, Knee joint, Ankle joint.

MUSCLES


  • Bones cannot move on their own.
  • Muscles are attached to bones which help bones to move.

  • You must do simple exercises and play games everyday.
  • Eat well after exercise.
  • Sweat removes the waste matter from your body.

  • Posture is the position in which you keep your body when you sit, stand or walk.
  • Keep your back straight.
